Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Role Scope
- - - - - - - - -APRN/PA provides comprehensive care for adult cardiology patients in an outpatient setting and to support a busy Electrophysiology program
- - - - - - - - -Management of cardiac implantable devices including pacemakers, defibrillators and loop recorders in an outpatient setting
- - - - - - - - -Evaluation of patients pre and post intervention including patient education, clinical evaluation, medication management in the office and message triage
- - - - - - - - -Electrophysiology background preferred with experience providing comprehensive management of patients with arrhythmias, knowledge of anti-arrhythmic and anticoagulation drug therapy
Shift: -Full Time -Exempt- 40 hours -Monday through Friday

Qualifications Advanced Practitioner Requirements
- - - - - - - - -Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
- - - - - - - - Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
- - - - - - - - At least one year of Cardiology experience preferred.
- - - - - - - - Must be able to travel to several locations within the Fairfield County Region to support Electrophysiology Program
