• Nurse: Patient - 1:5-7
• Number of Beds: 25
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
• RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
• NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
  • Job Requirements
  • MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED - NON-NEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
  • 2+ years of CURRENT med surg/tele experience required
  • BASIC DYSRHYTHMIA TEST REQUIRED IN PROFILE
  • Charge experience REQUIRED
  • TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY INPATIENT UNIT WITHIN THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE
  • Small critical access facility experience preferred
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle
    • Schedule Information
    • Non-billable orientation: 0hrs
    • Holiday Multiplier: 1.25%
    • OT - NO MULTIPLIER - ANY/ALL OT WILL BE WORKED AT REGULAR RATE
    • BLOCK SCHEDULING/SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
