The Department of Psychiatry at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center is
looking to fill a part-time role as Division Chief to provide
clinical and administrative leadership for the Division of Child
and Adolescent Psychiatry. The Division Chief works with clinical
and administrative leaders, child psychiatrists, and child
psychiatry clinicians at MMC to plan and oversee programs and
supports the overall management of the division consistent with the
training, research, and patient care priorities set forth in the
MaineHealth mission, vision, and values.
The Division Chief's work supports the alignment of behavioral
health services provided to youth and families. The Division Chief
is responsible for the provision of high-quality care and education
provided by the MMC Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry,
achieving this through the development of quality activities, data
management, and academic goals. The Division Chief works
collaboratively toward goals within patient care activities, MMC's
educational mission, and allocation of resources. This position
reports to the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at Maine Medical Center
Portland.
