PMP Certified Engagement Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager to drive operational quality and excellence within consulting and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external client projects, achieving a utilization target of 75-85%
Own project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently
Advocate for and enforce the Agile framework to deploy solutions and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience leading enterprise-level software implementation and/or consulting projects
5+ years of engagement/project management experience focused on quality and customer satisfaction
2+ years' experience delivering projects using the Agile framework
PMP Certification required, CSM preferred
Fluent understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
