Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Claims to lead and
improve its claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve the company's claims operations, ensuring
timeliness, professionalism, and accuracy
Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the claims
department and oversee the entire claims lifecycle
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring compliance and effective communication
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Property and Casualty claims insurance experience,
preferably with strong property experience
4+ years of experience leading a team of adjusters or claims
professionals
Active adjuster license in at least one state or the ability to
obtain one
Proficient in claims best practices and operational excellence
Strong leadership skills with a focus on dispute resolution and
customer experience
