Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Streamline operations by automating tasks and reducing unnecessary work
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for senior leadership
Lead projects that support sales and operations initiatives from inception to completion

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or sales operations
Previous managerial experience leading a team
Experience in sales strategy and operations within a fast-growing SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Google Docs, and preferably Tableau/SQL
