As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Design and develop compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand presentation requirements and translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design elements across all presentations.
Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through documentation and analysis.
Work closely with subject matter experts to capture, organize, and present process-related information effectively.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation within a business context.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design skills.
Translate complex concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentations.
Experience in process documentation, including process mapping and SOP development, is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
Experience and understanding of enterprise risk management
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.



Shift: 1St Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Duration: 12+ Month

Location: Andover, Massachusetts

Work Schedule: Remote



Pay rate: $40/hr. to $45/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
