Job Description:

The Regional Medical Director will provide leadership andwill work in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and theExecutive Director of Clinical Operations to ensure policies and standards areof the highest quality of medical care for our patients. The RMD may representthe regions external Joint venture and hospital partnerships ensuring regionalconsistency and communication with center providers and clinical staff. Inaddition to these administrative duties, the licensed Regional Medical Directorwill maintain an active clinical presence in providing care for our urgent carepatients. This is a full time salary position exempt from overtime.Travel: Occasional travel to partnering hospitals and regional urgent carecenters is required for this role Skills and Qualifications: --- Judgement and decision making --- Operations analysis --- Management of personnel resources --- Performance management Education & Experience: --- Licensed Medical Provider (MD, DO) withemergency or urgent care experience --- Must have proven experience in leadership and oradministrative role --- Prior experience as a medical director,preferred --- Compensation Structure: --- Base Pay --- Stipend ---Provider Incentive Plan (Q3- 22) Supervisory Responsibility: Lead Providers in the assignedregion report to this position. The position also oversees mid-level providers(Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) in the region who report to theLead Providers
