Job Description Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and

hire a Program Manager (PM) supporting the 1,000+ worldwide fleet
of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, reporting into the Lifecycle
Support Solutions (LCSS) Product Line. The LCSS product line
supports a wide range of sustainment related activities to include
Software Sustainment, Field Upgrades, Depot Activation, Returns &
Repairs Management and support of the customer Reprogramming Labs.
Within LCSS, our F-35 team is seeking an energetic, action-oriented
PM to support various Depot Activation efforts to support the
growing EW capabilities of the F-35 platform. Depot Activation
efforts include initial stand up, maintenance & support, and
upgrades of the government depot capability. This effort requires a
PM who can lead and work with a multi-disciplined, geographically
dispersed team through a program/contract lifecycle while
effectively working with customers and internal stakeholders.The PM
will lead the team through initiation, organization, planning, and
execution in accordance with specific program requirements,
critical success factors and company processes while proactively
managing risks and opportunities. The PM oversees the establishment
of program controls, procedures and guidelines for daily operation
of the assigned programs, and directs preparation, execution and
revision of the program plan. The PM also directs and monitors
ongoing work products for compliance to security requirements,
customer work statements, requirements, specifications and quality
assurance standards.In this job, you will:
- Prepare project execution plan(s) and identify technical and
business resources needed.
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and
prepare status reports.
- Assess issues and develop solutions to meet productivity,
quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Lead briefings and high-level meetings.
- Interact with senior-leadership and customers concerning
projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies.
- Actively promote a culture of diversity, safety, health, and
personal well-being for the program team.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with
safety and environmental objectives.Please note that pursuant to a

Bachelor's degree in related field or
the equivalent in experienceDemonstrated program/project management
skills or equivalentHighly motivated to join a growing organization

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
