Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager
to lead organizational and digital transformation across its global
network. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in
managing organizational change for large enterprises, particularly
with technology initiatives, enterprise systems, and new governance
structures. This role will involve close collaboration with ITS
teams, project managers, faculty, and senior leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Lead change management activities using structured methodologies to
support adoption of project changes.
Oversee communication efforts, including designing and delivering
aligned communications and campaigns.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key
stakeholders.
Collaborate with training teams to support the design and delivery
of training programs.
Manage stakeholder engagement, provide coaching to project teams,
and ensure user readiness.
Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of change management, especially in
fast-paced environments.
Experience in higher education or understanding of global research
university structures.
Proven success in leading large-scale organizational change.
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams,
SharePoint, and Outlook).
