Asset Management Systems Analyst

Job Description:

In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to execute on specific product features. You will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable team members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus --

-Financial services experience, preferred. --

- Experience in Asset Management industry is preferred. --


Measuring performance against established objectives that deliver on agreed upon business, technology, and people results --

- Collaborating and coordinating with Technical Leads and Scrum Masters to build team capacity and capability and enabling team member growth, development, and learning. --

- Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines --

- You work in partnership with the Quantitative Research Investments stakeholders , other Squad Leaders, Scrum Master, and Technology Leaders aligned to your team . By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you sustain and evolve our innovative agile culture. --

Take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered --

- Have deep understanding of the industry landscape around Quant research space with focus on creative solutioning mindset to build quantitative investing platforms --

- Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams --

- Continuously improve and encourage an agile way of working --

- Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. --
