organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection
of projects. Ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical,
and new business performance objectives. Participate in the support
of new business and in the development of financial plans for the
company. Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety
and security.Seeking Program Manager for the Compass Call Mission
Systems Program Area. Compass Call is an airborne electronic attack
weapon system that has been actively deployed, supported and
modernized for over 40 years. The Compass Call program encompasses
the full life-cycle from technical studies and development to
production, support equipment and training.Please note that
pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires
US citizenship statusRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years work experience or equivalent
experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
managing cost, schedule, technical requirements
- Must possess Secret Clearance. Willingness and ability to
Obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
- Proposal Management skills and experience
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience
presenting to senior leaders and customers
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the
ability to achieve results through others.
- Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the
businessPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- PMP Certification
- MBA
- Active TS/SCI/SAP clearance
- Prior experience as a PEM/SEM/OPM
- Proven experience leading large Integration & Test Programs as
a Program Manager
- BAE Systems Leadership Development Program Graduate
- Deep understanding and experience leading programs as a Program
Manager in all phases of the product Life Cycle (Development,
Production, Sustainment)

Salary Range: $140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
