Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented, experienced Portfolio Manager looking for a dynamic role? We're seeking a motivated leader with 3-10+ years in multifamily management to oversee a diverse residential portfolio and deliver top-notch service to residents and clients.
What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and coordinate projects
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors
  
• Drive marketing and networking initiatives for affordable and market-rate properties
  
• Collaborate with teams and oversee training, while managing complex tasks with urgency
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree and CPM designation preferred
  
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
  
• Strong written and verbal skills, plus solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
