And it stands to reason that none of this would have been possible without the hundreds of hard-working employees who work at Confluence.More about the role & teamAs a member of the Compliance, Regulatory and Reporting (CRR) Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting the CRR Services and Solutions within your territory. This will include the full suite of technology solutions including, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Global Fund Reporting, Global Transaction Reporting, Shareholder Disclosure, Compliance Services and Managed Services. Your target market will span across Asset Managers, Fund Administrators, Hedge Funds, PE Firms and Broker Dealers in the designated territory. Other clients, prospects or partners may also be added.As a sales executive you will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and the Business Line Owners to develop a pipeline of opportunities in your territory, manage the opportunities through the sales process and contract closure. Reporting into the Head of Sales CRS, this role is critical for expanding the CRS business in the territory. You will be responsible for the assigned quota for new sales and professional services into the existing client base and new accounts.What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years' experience prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales across the regulatory, compliance post trade and fund reporting segments of the financial services industry.
• Leverage your prior industry experience to build and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the value delivered for all regulatory solutions and services offered by Confluence.
• Drive the enterprise sales process from prospecting to close within an assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed your annual sales goals.
• Leverage and grow your industry network through in-person visits, via web-based meetings, and by attending industry conferences.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to effectively capture all important insights, notes, and context from in-person meetings, calls, and emails to drive effective forecasting and management of your sales pipeline.
