We believe our firm's greatest asset is the people who work here.You will work closely with other team members to collect and organize information to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and data related to partner investments.Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting and reconciliation of partner investments and cash flows
• Collection, organization, recording and retention of quarterly and year-end tax deliverables (i.e. quarterly tax estimates, IRS 1065 K-1s, IRS Foreign Reporting Forms)
• Help obtain and or prepare tax documents and work with outside tax preparer
• Approve and process payment of expenses
• Organize and maintain financial recordsQualifications
  • BA degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with balance sheet and summary of investments for high net worth individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
