shape and drive the digital strategy of our organization as the
Director of Digital Strategy. By developing and implementing
comprehensive digital initiatives, you will play a critical role in

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that
aligns with the organization's business objectives.
- Propose longer-term strategies in how our evolving digital
experiences can increase/protect revenue and/or reduce servicing
costs.
- Create and maintain a digital roadmap outlining key
initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and
best practices.
- Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance
the organization's digital presence and capabilities.
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure the
performance of digital initiatives and drive continuous
improvement.Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital strategy development and
execution.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital
platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and performance
measurement tools.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience
working with marketing, IT, and sales teams in an agile
framework.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of
digital professionals.Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related
field.
- Certifications in digital marketing or relevant
technologies.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of emerging digital trends and
