-As our Res. Care Director, you are responsible for the oversight
of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the
Residential Care department to assure that each resident receives
the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest
practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being, in
accordance with their comprehensive plan of care and State
regulations. - -Sign-On Bonus - $5,000.00* Must hold a valid state
nursing license.** LPN rates - $30-$38 DOE** RN rates - up to
$41.50 DOE - -Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the
unit
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized
resident care
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and
resource allocation
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and
compliance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing
staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident

Manager include:
- Valid state CRMA or LPN license
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term
Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest
in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the
ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and
decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced
