Major Duties

Align projects with sales goals and ensuring that initiatives enhance the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities


  • Ensure all projects supports sales strategies, revenue goals and key growth initiatives.
  • Identify processes to streamline and optimize sales and product processes through projects, enhancing productivity and reducing bottlenecks.
  • Establish project management frameworks ensuring consistent standards and best practices across all projects.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources.
  • Track the success of sales-related projects against KPIs..
  • Work closely with cross functional team to ensure the project deliverables meet the needs of the sales and consumer product organization
  • Oversee, direct, and organize project work within cross-functional project teams supporting initiatives across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation that values learning and commitment to quality.
  • Ensure project team members, although not direct reports, receive timely and appropriate feedback, training, and development in coordination with staff line managers.
  • All other duties as assigned
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related filed
    • 10years of applicable experience within a PMO practice
    • A proven track record of successfully implementing business transformation and digital initiatives on an enterprise-wide scale.
    • A strong, positive track record of innovation and collaboration, capable of working with diverse teams in diverse locations, engaging their input and commitment to success.
    • High-level organizational, risk management, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced work environment.
    • A systematic approach to work, maintaining accountability, plans, and demonstrations of success.
    • Experience in developing and mentoring teams and effectively communicating vision to senior leadership.
    • Excellent communication skills; written, oral, and listening.
    • Ability to speak in public settings and/or large audiences.
    • Experience in remotely managing teams.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Creative, innovative, and agile with the ability to think outside the box.Physical Requirements: Physical demands are minimal and generally consistent with the performance of routine office duties. Majority of the day is spent sitting at a desk, working with computers, printers, files, and standard office equipment. Movment is required in the use of office equipment, supply locations, files, and other work locations and meeting rooms. Lifting, generally less than 20 pounds occasionally required for transporting boxes, materials and office supplies. Must be able to communicate effectively to perform job tasks.

        Salary


        Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $107,137 - $162,236
