for a Regional Practice Support Manager to join our growing team!

the USA and employ over 1000 team members.The Opportunity:Reporting
to the Senior Manager, the Regional Practice Support Manager will
be the primary point of contact for the Practice Manager and Doctor
of multiple orthodontic practices. You will be a key member of a
team that will help onboard, integrate, and lead orthodontic
offices that join our partnership of high-performing practices.
Engagements will range from large corporate-wide initiatives to
supporting and coaching practice team members through various
business and staffing challenges.What You Will Love:

Be Doing:
- Responsible for the ongoing performance and operational
improvement of a group of geographically dispersed orthodontic
practices
- Ownership of the P&L statements, budget management, and
determining cost reduction strategies
- Lead small teams through targeted consulting projects to help
practices achieve specific operational improvements
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying key business drivers and
formulating a plan against those identified drivers
- Plan, lead, and facilitate group workshops with a high level of
situational awareness and emotional intelligence to help our
network achieve desired goals
- Occasionally manage complex, organization-wide strategic
projects and effectively implement changes across multiple network
regions
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our operational
improvement toolkit
- Provide leadership at the local practice level, and be
responsible for ongoing recruitment, coaching, support, and
performance evaluation
- Lead the integration of new practices into the Corus network,
including implementing common platforms, processes, and shared
services
- Some travel expected to maintain relationships with local
practices and help with specific improvement initiativesAll About
You:
- 3+ years experience in an orthodontic, dental, or similar
practice is required
- 5+ years progressive experience in operational, consulting, or
management role required
- 3+ years people management is considered an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to
communicate effectively verbally and in writing and influence
stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and developing performance
indicators
- Customer focused mindset and demonstrated ability to work well
with different levels of the organization, including frontline
staff, managers, and senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to balance working very well independently
as well as functioning as a highly adaptive and collaborative team
member
- Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance billing
- Experience with executing local practice marketing
programs
- Experience with resource-based/doctor-time scheduling
- Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, start-up
environment - comfortable creating new systems and procedures with
limited resources and need for speed to implementation
- Strong problem-solving skillsWhere you will be working/other

- This position is remote and can be done from anywhere in
Northeastern United States
- You will work a regular 40-hour per week schedule, Monday to
