Job Description:

Core Responsibility: Spearheads brandhub Platform development projects and product strategy. Enables brandhub clients to get the most out of the platform.Collaborates with the Product Team on shaping the overall product strategy.

• Contribute to the prioritization of brandhub product roadmap tapping into client feedback, internal Select stakeholder feedback, and innovation-based inputs.
• Collect client feedback on the platform and share suggested features with the Product Team.
• Lead new service development and implementation efforts.
• Advise on management of the Jira board and create/organize issues.
• Other duties include developing service pricing strategies, delivering UI/UX recommendations, and contributing to the product roadmap.Supports Key Relationships with Customers:
• Drive innovation and meaningful upgrades in services and processes to help brandhub clients get more value from the platform and have a longer life as a client of brandhub. Communicate and lead initiatives to make those improvements, whether internal process or platform development.
• Support key relationships with Select clients on the brandhub platform and the marketing initiatives they are executing.
• Own key relationships with Select clients focused on driving revenue with projects.
