Job Description Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and

ECS's Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TacAir)
product line has an exciting opportunity for a material program
manager to focus on material management across the portfolio,
including responsibility for achieving aggressive cost and schedule
targets, strategic partnerships and future production material
planning. Reporting to the Product Line Director, this role will be
based in Nashua, NH, with the potential for some remote work when
on-site presence is not required.We put our customers first

- Provide proactive project management leadership, including
initiating and planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and
closing on critical activities.
- Develop, coordinate and execute program material strategies to
support the portfolio, increase affordability and assure material
flow is managed to support operational needs.
- Actively manage customer and supplier relationships to maintain
a win-win of program execution and future business in collaboration
with Subcontracts, Operations, Program Management and
Procurement.
- Assess issues and develop solutions mitigate risks and increase
affordability.
- Participate in the support of new business and in the
development of financial plans for the company as needed.
- Measure and regularly report out on portfolio material results,
including to senior leadership.
- Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture
of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and
continuous improvement on the program team to deliver affordable,
effective, and dependable outcomes.
- Demonstrate a leading role in promoting adherence to the
company's ethical standards and business practices; ensure
compliance with the BAE Systems Operational Assurance Framework and
all other policies and requirements; provide for good stewardship
of the assets of the business.
- Actively promote a culture of diversity, safety, health, and

citizenship statusRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
Background and experience working in
Operations is preferred.Require experience with subcontracting,
planning and, procurements organization.Would be desired if persons
have worked in some or all of the organizations mentioned.Will be
responsible for all aspects of material management.Costing for
proposals, day to day activities, ensuring all material gets place
in a timely manager to support the build and delivery schedule,
manage concurrent productions lotsPreferred Education, Experience,
& Skills
Master's Degree and a combination of
8 years of Operations / Supply Chain / Program Management
Experience.Experience with dual sourcing as well as make vs buy
manufacturing plansLean and Six-Sigma certified from an accredited
source.Proficiency in office technologies including MS Word, Excel,
Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.Proficiency with continuous process
improvement methodologies and tool; strong group facilitation
skillPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please
note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
