As the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage the Shopify DTC site and ecommerce marketplaces, focusing on operational excellence and growth.   • Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify DTC site and multiple ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to ensure platform best practices and seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage web analytics to monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, cart abandonment, AOV) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Optimize order processing systems and manage integrations to ensure smooth fulfillment and avoid stockouts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve site issues and enhance overall user experience.
  • Lead merchandising strategy to increase average order value and boost customer retention.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention tactics to reduce churn and scale loyalty programs.
  • Ensure website navigation and UX are optimized for a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience.Profile
    • Progressive ecommerce experience.
    • Proven track record of taking projects from strategy to execution.
    • Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus, including store setup, app management, merchandising, and digital marketing to enhance customer experience.
    • Strong analytical skills; able to process and interpret large datasets to drive business decisions.
    • Proficient in ecommerce data tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, TripleWhale, and Hot Jar, with a quick ability to learn new platforms.
    • Skilled in multitasking and project management, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.
    • Strong interest in understanding and influencing online user behavior.
