What you'll do...Create and own the product vision for Ford Credit digital servicing.Develop strategies to build/improve digital features that will transform customer experience while improving operational efficiency.Establishing metrics/dashboard to show impacts of any newly created/improved features.Partner with teams across Ford Credit to understand how various customer needs are met via phone, mail and digital channels.Work across the organization to align and drive product adoption with partnersBridge gaps between traditional experiences and online experiences.Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers.You'll have...5+ years of Product Management experience managing and delivering best in class experiencesExpertise in delivering product(s) in matrix organizationEven better, you may have---Familiarity or have worked in SAFE agileTrack record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
