Registered Nurse Case ManagerLaconia, NH$38-$43/HRInterim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Laconia NH office.

The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.Job Requirements

Valid nursing license in the state of NH
2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
Recent wound care experience
Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
Current CPR certification
