• Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
• Work efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
• Ensure the quality of high standard performance and compliance
• Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineers
• Communicated daily with the owner/client
• Establish project objective goals
• Manage multiple projects at any given timeProfileProject Manager - High-end Residential - Kennebunk ME Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience building/ managing custom homes
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
