Our training and development programs provide employees with career advancement in a diverse work environment.The Operations Program Manager will oversee and manage program(s) in our Integrated Survivability Solutions Product Line. The OPM serves as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, quality and engineering teams. The OPM is responsible for coordinating all Operations activities on a program including flowing program requirements down from the product line and program manager to all of the Operations functions.This role also includes the following duties:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledgeable with Lean 6 sigma practices.
  • Main focal point for the Program Office and Factory teams.
  • Support customer meetings as needed.
  • Work with Supply Chain and program management to communicate priorities to factory teams.
  • Implement project execution plans and identify technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed for the program's success.
  • Lead the team to develop resolutions that meet productivity, affordability, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance to identify the need for technical back up for decision making to the project team.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution.
  • Lead cross functional teams in multiple site locationsPlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, industrial technology, manufacturing, data analytics or other strongly related discipline and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
    • Must be able to drive a collaborative, team-oriented environment to support and drive process improvement within Operational Excellence initiatives.
    • Own assignments and be fully accountable for their success.
    • Planning, organizing and managing time to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments.
    • Strong computer application skills.
    • Strong written, oral and organizational skills.
    • The ability to effectively influence cross functional teams.
    • Must be a team leader and have experience in presenting work output to all levels of management.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
      • Factory experience with an understanding of production processes, quality control, and Lean manufacturing processes.
      • Supply chain experience and ability to coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
      • Ability to obtain a secret clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
