Job Description Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and
remotely.The BAE Systems Electronic Attack Solutions Product Line
within the CEMA Business Area is looking for a seasoned OPM IV with
experience in an area where you will be leading the Operations
effort as a Production Product Area Lead for the entire Lifecycle
of programs, management of three direct OPM reports and
responsibilities ranging from proposals to development through
production. The OPM will lead the proposal effort for Operations,
prepare and implement project execution plans for all awarded
programs, and identify and coordinate any technical, manufacturing,
and business resources needed to ensure schedules are met, are on
time and on budget. During program execution, they will review the
status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status
reports, as well as be responsible to assess issues, drive to
closure production efforts and provide resolutions to meet
productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives. The programs in this Product Area are dynamic,
challenging and complex but will provide an opportunity as an IPT
to lead a great team. The candidate must have EVM experience,
experienced people manager, solid production execution experience
and must have a current/active Secret Clearance. **Please note that
pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires

$140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
