Job Description:

BioTalent is partnered with a medical device component manufacturer focusing on high-level electromechanical component production. We're seeking a talented individual who actively enjoys people leadership and collaboration to take on their Quality Manager opening. Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze statistical data for product specifications.
• Establish proposed quality standards and consistency of finished product.
• Maximize product quality and minimize costs.
• Plan, promote and organize training activities.
• Investigate all customer complaints regarding.
• Maintains all company ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 procedures.
• Interacts with customers on issues related to product quality.
• Coordinates/Supervises annual Internal Quality Audits.Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485.
  • Ability to read and understand prints, schematics, and all documents used by the production team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adept at analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns to drive process improvement and problem resolution.Preferred:
    • PCB/IPC 610 experience.
    • Proven management experience.
