*Job Description:*
The Materials and Process Engineering Department, which functions
within the Mechanical Team, is looking for a mechanical/materials
engineer to join our team in Andover, MA. This position will offer
a qualified candidate the opportunity to engage subject matter
experts and perform mechanical testing to support development,
design, and failure analysis activities associated with a wide
range of product applications. Tasks will require critical thinking
to solve challenging problems and careful attention to detail on
procedures, testing of materials, and documentation of results.
Collaboration with design & material engineers, subject matter
experts, and suppliers is required. Candidate must be able to
manage and coordinate a wide variety of simultaneous tasks within
set schedule requirements. This candidate will become part of a
multi-disciplined team.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
