Come join our team!BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Principal Program Quality Engineer to support the F35 production program in New Hampshire. In this role, you will help amplify the voice of Quality with predictable and proactive implementation of the quality sciences.As a Principal Program Quality Engineer you will leverage your knowledge of the quality sciences to help the team meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets with an emphasis on proactive problem solving. This role focuses on communication with internal and external customers, championing continuous improvement, and helping the team make decisions and drive actions based on data.Responsibilities include:

Providing support and guidance to the Quality team supporting the F35 Electronics ModulesLeveraging data to help drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce CoPQPlanning and executing Quality Management Systems AuditsLeading Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activitiesLeading containment and disposition activitiesFacilitating Material Review Boards (MRBs)Generating Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for new business activities Serving as a Phase Review AssessorSupporting the Master Return Agreement (MRA) Championing Production Process Verification (PPV) / First Article Inspections (FAI) Communicating clearly and concisely with internal and external customersBecause this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 4-6+ years of experienceProven understanding of quality science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, Auditing)Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailAbility to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam-oriented; ability and desire to work with a hybrid teamDemonstrated leadership of a group or teamActive Secret or higher clearance (or the ability to obtain)Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerpointPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or the desire to obtain)Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, MiniTab, or other dashboarding and data analytics toolsProficient in TipQA, Solumina, Paperless or other MES/QMS systemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
