Job Summary: This position requires onsite work in South
Burlington, Vermont. Staff must provide 24/7 support coverage with
possible daytime and on-call hours. Relocation benefits are

knowledge and experience. It involves solving complex problems,
working independently, and acting as a resource for colleagues. Key
responsibilities include:
- Designing complex network architectures
- Planning network upgrades and expansions
- Deploying and configuring network hardware and software
- Implementing security measures
- Continuously monitoring network performance
- Identifying and resolving network issues
- Analyzing network traffic patterns and usage
- Recommending upgrades and optimizations
- Creating and maintaining network documentation
- Developing automation scripts and tools
- Providing guidance and mentorship
- Leading and collaborating on network-related projects
- Evaluating and selecting network vendors
- Managing vendor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational
policies
- Developing and enforcing network-related policies and
