industry's most difficult problems.We are looking for a Quality
Engineering Intern in Manufacturing Product Assurance to implement
tools and processes to ensure product or services meets the
standards of quality including reliability, usability and
performance. You must be a self-starting problem solver who will
utilize your analytical skills to find innovative solutions to
quality-related issues. Strong communication skills are essential
to understand requirements and expectations, make progress reports
and present findings.Intern Responsibilities may include:
Assist with defect data analytics and
material to be presented by engineers Perform quick-check
assessments within manufacturing environmentSupplement
microelectronics inspection training materials with newly released
criteria illustrations Collaborate cross-functionally with
Operations and EngineeringParticipate and interact with other
interns in sector wide activitiesDevelop understanding of BAE
Systems Quality Management SystemRequired Education, Experience, &
Skills Pursuing a Bachelors and on course to graduate in 2025 or
2026 in a technical field including (but not limited to):
Hardware - Mechanical,
ElectricalIndustrial EngineeringSystems EngineeringSoftware -
Computer Science Computer EngineeringEngineering
ManagementMathematics Physics Information Systems Quality
ManagementPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Hands-on experience with Electronics
AssembliesOutstanding communication skills Demonstrated teamwork

Experience in defense electronics industryFamiliarity with Lean and
Six Sigma practicesKnowledge of Quality Management SystemsRelevant

9001, CMMI, or AS9100Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $48620
- $65670Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
experience.Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE
Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k)
savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are
eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and
