Job Description:

Purpose: Build, refine, and maintain data pipelines and design centralized data lakes/warehousing. Produce accessible and accurate reports, dashboards, and KPIs on top of these data stores that provide meaningful, actionable insights to operations teams and inform the business decision-making process for senior management.Key Responsibilities: Build automated data pipelines using multiple data sources.Design, implement, and manage centralized data storage solutions.Collect and connect data from a variety of primary and secondary sources.Create production-ready dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into core operational metrics.Work closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to determine business requirements for new analytics projects.Maintain awareness of industry trends.[AH1] Experience & Qualifications: A degree in the STEM field with coursework including quantitative labs or other data exploration is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to turn data into information that informs business decisions.Expertise in Excel and PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization toolsets.Proficient in coding within a modern language, including web API calls.[AH2] Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate complex content to an audience with varying levels of technical knowledge.Experience with DB2 is helpful but not required [yet].
