Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a
talented, motivated Principal Hardware Test Electrical Engineer who

develop and support our "Design it Right" initiative for a variety
of complex defense products and technologies. The selected
candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge,
use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology
while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product
development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.The duties
assigned to this senior engineering position, will include the
following:
- The Principal Hardware Test Engineer will participate on a team
of Hardware Design engineers to design, develop, and deploy Test
Solutions, to include Test Stations and Integrated Test Adapters
(ITAs). The Test Solution designs cover wide ranges of
technologies, equipment, and approaches and will offer an
interesting, challenging, and rewarding career opportunities.
- Hardware Test Engineering positions provide development in a
broad range of technical domains. The individual will participate
in up-front program engagement activities, including strategy and
planning, Design For Testability (DFT), test hardware design,
integration, debug, verification, validation, sell-off, and
support.
- The position also includes collaboration on continuous
improvement initiatives with peers, as well as Operations
counterparts, to establish and refine test development practices
and approaches for the department. Examples include common
architectures, design for reuse, DFT, standard tools, & standard
approaches.It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in
state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment
and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.On top of

digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and

Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
