The effective Operations Quality Engineer will support the High-Volume Sensors value streams of Circuit Card manufacturing (CCM) in Andover, MA. What You Will Do * Lead continuous improvement projects with an emphasis on reducing cost of poor quality (CoPQ) and increasing factory first pass yield (FPY)
* Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure and leading Corrective Action Boards (CAB)
* Analyze factory data and regularly generate, publish, and present quality metrics
* Participate in Defect Prevention Team (DPT) meetings with the cross functional teams to trend data, prioritize investigations, and status actions to improve production quality
* Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections
* Ensure identification, physical control, and disposition of non-conforming material and facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) when necessary
* Support work instruction development and maintenance activities by reviewing work instructions, test instructions, auditing processes, and assuring configuration management
* Daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders to manage production quality Qualification You Must Have * Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in STEM
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Working experience interpreting and understand technical drawings
* Working experience in driving cost reduction or quality yield improvement projects
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer * Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Controls and Capability analysis
* Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
* Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Requirements
* Six Sigma, CORE, Shainin RedX Problem Solving, or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification

#LI-CC3# #LI-ONSITE The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
