DescriptionQuality Engineer:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in
accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure
compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis on non-conformances and initiate
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Utilize statistical methods, such as Six Sigma and SPC, to
monitor and improve process performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish
quality specifications and standards for new products.
- Review and approve inspection and test plans for materials and
finished products.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control
processes and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics,
inspections, and audit findings for reporting purposes.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives through data
analysis and process optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to
address quality concerns and enhance customer
satisfaction.ProfileQuality Engineer:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management
systems and standards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Six Sigma,
SPC, and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action (CAPA),
and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field, with
relevant work experience in a manufacturing or ceramics
environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working
with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple
quality assurance tasks and projects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and
inspection criteria.
- Solid understanding of quality inspection methods and
equipment, including hands-on experience.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain documentation, audit
reports, and quality metrics.
