- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure
compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and
policies.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents and incidents,
identifying root causes and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to
environmental and safety standards.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure proper environmental
practices are followed.
- Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols
and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, identifying
areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government
agencies.
- Lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety across the

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational
Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have over three years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in
manufacturing settings.
- Possess strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and
compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate experience in conducting safety audits and
implementing safety programs.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to
identify and mitigate safety hazards.
- Show proficiency in developing and delivering safety training
and educational programs.
- Have a track record of managing hazardous waste and ensuring
environmental compliance.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively interact
