Program.The ES Defense ELDP is seeking candidates to start Summer
of 2025 in a three-year rotational program designed to develop high
potential, entry-level and early career engineers into effective
future leaders. You'll have the opportunity to explore your
passions through assignments in several operational functions,
business areas, and product groups.In this role, you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to provide solutions for our customers' greatest needsWork on
challenging technical assignments with the guidance and mentorship
of fellow engineersGain diverse technical experience through three
9-to-12-month rotations in various engineering areas and
disciplinesGrow your technical and business acumen in weekly
technical courses taught by BAE Systems subject matter
expertsComplete a graduate degree part time with tuition
reimbursement Participate in quarterly leadership trainings and
annual leadership conferencesBuild strong interpersonal
relationships with the ELDP community and BAE Systems
leadershipRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
U.S. Citizenship and ability to
obtain/maintain DoD security clearanceBachelor's Degree in
Engineering or Computer ScienceExperience with a variety of
extracurricular activitiesDemonstrated collaboration and leadership
abilitiesOutstanding communication skills (both verbal and
written)Dependable team player who demonstrates a strong work
ethicPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Electrical

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
