Senior Antenna Product Engineer

Review test data for compliance and implement actions to reduce variationReview product test issues and develop actions to bring product into complianceTrouble shoot test issues related to equipment performance and implement solutionsIdentify and drive test improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain trend analysis data bases to effectively track product test performance. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in RF test environment performing related work
• Experience with Antenna Theory and Design
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data driven decisions
• Outstanding communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work data analysis with spreadsheet manipulation for large data setsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Current Secret Government clearance Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
