Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for
an Administrative Assistant job in Portsmouth, NH. This is a 6
month to a year temporary work opportunity. The Administrative
Assistant will be responsible for tracking meters in their CIS
system and MS Excel. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job include:
- Computer tasks with strong MS Excel skills
- Retire meters in H.T.E.
- Check LVM forms and H.T.E. for proper meter constant
- Scan LVMs into File U & I
- Update monthly meter inventory spreadsheet
- Weekly checks of meter inventory - high level walk through
- Provide FSC with a weekly schedule
- Track vacation schedules
- Process timesheets - compile electronic timesheets - put them on
Share Point so they can get signed approval
- Complete shipping process for meters going to U & I
- Meter test process, including data and letters
- Process customer requests
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedule with transportation
department
- Deal with personnel issues daily (just a finger on the pulse so
that we can address timely)
- Help document procedures as we see fit
- Watch meter inventories and keep orderly
- Any small task that shows up
The pay rate is $15/hr.
