The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax preparation and review for our clients, including C-Corps, S-Corps, and High-Net Worth Individuals. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in tax management, with a deep understanding of ASC-740.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the overall business objectives of our clients
  • Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate any relevant updates to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as neededQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • CPA Certified or eligible
    • 3+ years of experience in tax management
    • Experience with High Net Worth Individuals, Ultra High Net Worth preferred
    • Deep understanding of ASC-740 and other relevant tax regulations
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
