Job Description:

Full-time Position - Boston, MA$90,000 - $110,000 a yearPosition OverviewSenior level accountant who will oversee key accounting and tax functions and manage a small team. This position reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller.Core Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly close and internal reporting.
• Oversee AP and AR, and support treasury/cash management and payroll.
• Support the annual audits for U.S. and foreign subsidiaries and internal audit.
• Internal reporting, includes schedules and forecasts.
• Support tax compliance.
• Accounting research for GAAP and IFRS (e.g. ACS 842 and 606).
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Required Skills and Experiences
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally with diverse customer and employee bases.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Solid technical experience.Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
    • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, public experience preferred.
    • CPA certification (completed or in progress).
    • Additional preferred experience includes U.S. and international tax, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, cash management and payroll, and multi-currency and consolidation.Offers a benefit package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k plan with company match, vacation and sick time, and more.
