This role plays a critical part in driving informed decision-making by providing accurate and actionable insights related to ARR & Revenue performance. This role will partner across departments to provide an accurate ARR & Revenue forecast. This candidate will have a strong track record of building dashboards, analyzing business performance, and collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.How You Will Make a Difference

• Conduct thorough analysis of Annual Recurring Revenue, including trend analysis, variance explanations, and performance metrics to monitor overall business performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, and financial models using SQL to provide actionable insights regarding Revenue Pacing, Realization Rates and Pricing & Packaging impacts for executive leadership.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, leveraging data-driven analysis to provide a range of outcomes to influence business decisions.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes related to GTM analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting with a focus on usage-based and subscription models.Who You Are
  • Role requires 3 days per week in the Boston office.
  • 3-5 years of FP&A, Finance, or Business Intelligence experience, particularly in SaaS or high-growth companies; experience with usage-based software models is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel, with experience building financial models, dashboards, and reports (Snowflake and Tableau experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with ARR metrics and understanding of usage and subscription-based business models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, able to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial executives.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of deriving insights from data to drive strategic business decisions.

Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
