Job Description:
This position is responsible for the support of Commissions and
back up for Payroll Processing activities.
Essential Functions:
• Position to provide support for Commissions processing and
Back-up for HR Department Payroll Processing through ADP.
• Strong Commissions processing and ADP payroll processing
experience.
• Liaison between Accounting and Sales Business Units Management
and sales representatives, coordinating the flow of information
required to support our internal customers on a timely basis.
• Maintains and updates personnel information for Commission
processing within commission system.
• Maintain and update annual changes to Commission Plans and Models
within commission system.
• Provide analysis of monthly results and support for monthly
journal entries and reconciliation to General ledger activity.
• Coordinate the flow of information required to support internal
and external audits in area of responsibility.
• Assure efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes.
• Keep abreast of current trends, practices and developments in the
profession. Make the recommendations for implementation.
• Act within scope of authority consistent with Company objectives,
guidelines, policies and practices.
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by Management.
