Job Description:
Adecco is currently looking for a Compliance Program Manager to
work in either Norwalk, CT or Stamford, CT for one of our major
clients. This role will facilitate our client?s efforts related to
the development and execution of the CCAR readiness. This candidate
will manage the development, roll-out & implementation of an
integrated strategic plan with the Business and Functional Units to
deliver on company?s ability to meet supervisory capital planning
expectations to support the company?s safety and soundness and
capital actions.
The primary focus of this role is to facilitate our client?s
efforts related to the development and execution of the CCAR
readiness. The role will support the CCAR readiness leader to
manage the development & implementation of an integrated strategic
plan with the Business and Functional Units.
Specifically, this role will entail the following key
responsibilities:
-Developing & rolling-out a single clear holistic framework for
CCAR readiness
-Connecting the dots between all work streams (existing &
prospective) across multiple functions and all businesses to create
the single framework
-Effectively communicating the strategic framework to all key
stakeholders
-Identifying and managing timely execution of the above work
streams:
-Establishing appropriate operating rhythm
-Facilitating effective staffing of the organization within own
team and across organization
-Providing appropriate training
-Communicating progress and roadblocks to various stakeholders,
preparing updates to various internal groups:
-This role will help ensure that Management, the Risk Committee,
and external stakeholders are presented with a balanced assessment
of the state of the company?s capital planning processes that
ultimately support the company?s planned capital actions (e.g.
dividends/securities, issuance, etc.), and drive the development
and enhancement of processes used by the company as part of its
capital planning efforts throughout the year.
This role requires strong project management, analytical & data
management (including regulatory materials) as well as strong
executive communication skills. Being a strategic priority, the
role will require quick turnarounds, effective coordination across
multiple functional & business teams as well as concise and clear
executive communication to various stakeholders.
