Job Description:
Help lead 829's thriving PPC team as a Senior Ecommerce
Strategist. Strengthen 829's dynamic team by applying your
comprehensive understanding of pay-per-click advertising, and all
of the technical and soft skills that go into driving a successful
campaign and client relationship. You'll manage a portfolio of
clients, executing campaigns and coordinating with colleagues
across marketing disciplines to drive collective success. Mentor
and coach junior colleagues and peers - and if interested - direct
reports.What You'll Do:
- Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple
digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of
medium-to-enterprise sized businesses.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client
goals, conversions, and events.
- Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital
initiatives.
- Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to
rolling reporting.
- Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals
through digital advertising.
- Serve as a technical resource to other departments, committees,
and your peers.
- Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process
improvements.
- Assist with candidate interviews and the departmental hiring
process.
- Onboard, coach, and supervise one or more junior reports, if
interested.What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years managing paid advertising programs.
- Thorough understanding of various Ecommerce advertising tool
sets such as Meta, Google, and Amazon.
- Experience managing and optimizing product data feeds.
- Experience with third-party platforms like Feedonomics, Skai,
and/or Helium10.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google
Docs.
- Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
Hubspot Analytics, or similar.
- Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization
techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp,
Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag
Manager or other means.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio,
NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation
skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented
environment.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising
campaigns simultaneously.Nice-to-Haves:
- Certifications in Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or
similar.
- Familiarity with Walmart Ads or other online retailer
advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and/or
TikTok Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.Benefits and
