What Billing Solutions contributes to Cardinal HealthBilling Solutions is responsible for finance related activities such as customer carrier/courier, and vendor contract administration, pricing, and billing.

• Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams.
• Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.
• Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
• Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from carriers /couriers, customers, and vendors.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.Responsibilities
  • Manages day-to-day operations of customer billing, carrier cost audit, remittance, and reconciliation.
  • Accountable for billing performance including but not limited to cycle times and invoice accuracy.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
    • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
    • Analytical background
    • Strong communication skills
    • Process improvement skillset
    • Excel and/or SQL knowledge
    • Transportation or Carrier experience desirableWhat is expected of you and others at this level
